Project Manager Role Summary
Project Manager required for a growing design and build company specialising in hospitality and workplace projects across Central London. With 12 live developments currently underway and several more in the pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious business at a key stage of its growth.
Based from a Soho office, the role will be largely site-focused, managing projects across Central London. This is not a desk-based position; the successful candidate will enjoy being hands-on, spending time on site and actively coordinating project delivery.
You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring schemes are delivered on programme, within budget and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing hospitality and workplace fit-out projects from initial planning through to handover
- Coordinating contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on site
- Overseeing day-to-day site activity and maintaining project timelines
- Monitoring budgets, tracking costs and supporting commercial reporting
- Managing project programmes and ensuring milestones are achieved
- Acting as the key point of contact between clients, designers, contractors and internal teams
- Ensuring health and safety compliance across all projects
- Attending site meetings and providing progress updates to stakeholders
- Resolving on-site challenges and ensuring smooth project delivery
- Supporting procurement and scheduling of materials and trades
What They’re Looking For:
- Project management experience within hospitality, commercial or workplace fit-out
- Architectural background or architectural education
- Strong site coordination and stakeholder management skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to spend significant time on site
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience using project management software
