Project Manager Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring programme certainty, budget control, and risk management.
- Provide clear and professional client communication, managing expectations and guiding them through each stage.
- Uphold quality standards with strong attention to detail on finishes and delivery.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring seamless project management.
- Manage commercial aspects including reporting, variation handling, and tender reviews.
- Represent the studio with authority, building trust and confidence with clients.
- Oversee handover and aftercare, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record managing residential projects valued at £3m+.
- Strong leadership with excellent communication skills for both clients and contractors.
- Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project and CAD/Vectorworks desirable.
- Professional membership such as RICS or MCIOB advantageous.
