Summary

An award-winning medium-sized architectural practice based in Central London is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their dynamic and social office. The practice work across a range of sectors and are currently seeking someone to work on their design led commercial and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate their design ability with a portfolio of exciting and innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop project plans, concepts and designs for commercial and mixed-use projects
• Lead the production of project documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members

Requirements:

• Professional degree in architecture and registration with ARB or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on commercial and mixed-use projects in the UK
• Proficiency in Revit and/or Microstation
• Strong design and technical skills, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Experience working with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
