Project Technical Coordinator – Luxury Hospitality Projects

A globally recognised design studio is seeking a Project Technical Coordinator to join its London team, working on high-profile luxury hospitality projects across the UK and internationally. This is a senior-level, technically driven role for someone who thrives in complex project environments and enjoys leading coordination across multiple disciplines.
You will play a pivotal role in the technical delivery and running of projects, acting as the central link between internal teams and external consultants. This position requires someone confident, detail-oriented, and capable of driving projects forward from a technical standpoint.
The role involves managing an internal team of approximately six designers, alongside overseeing the production of drawing packages delivered by an external team based in India. You will ensure that all technical information is coordinated, accurate, and aligned with project requirements, maintaining a high standard throughout.
You will also be responsible for leading and contributing to consultant coordination meetings, working closely with disciplines such as HVAC, MEP, and AV. The ability to communicate clearly and hold your own in senior-level discussions is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical coordination and delivery of large-scale hospitality projects
Manage and mentor an internal team of designers
Oversee and review drawing packages, ensuring quality and consistency
Coordinate with external drawing teams to maintain workflow and deadlines
Act as a key point of contact in consultant meetings and project discussions
Skills & Experience:
Strong background in technical design and project coordination
Experience working on large-scale, luxury hospitality projects
Confident managing teams and complex project workflows
Solid understanding of BIM processes (Revit beneficial but not essential)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
