We are currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious Project Winning Associate for our esteemed client in Central London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the international practice and contributing to the recent exponential growth of the practice.

Project Winning Associate Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the international practice
  • Client Introductions: Cultivate relationships with potential clients, introducing the practice to key decision-makers in the industry
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration with other top international firms, promoting synergy and shared success
  • Proposal Management: Lead the development and submission of winning project proposals, showcasing the firm’s expertise and unique approach
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of trends and developments in the architecture and design sectors, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making

Skills and Qualifications Necessary for this Project Winning Associate Role

  • Proven ability to win new business in the architecture and design industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively introduce the practice to new clients
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of successful partnerships with top international firms
  • Proficiency in Revit and Rhino software
  • Experience in international cultural and community projects, as well as large-scale towers
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the development of innovative business strategies
  • A passion for design and a commitment to delivering excellence in every project
