Architect-Led Residential Design & Build | London
An award-winning architect-led residential design & build studio is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join its growing team in East London.
Working across high-end residential renovation, extension and refurbishment projects, this is a hands-on role supporting estimating, procurement, cost planning and project delivery within a collaborative design-led environment.
Ideal candidates will have residential construction pricing experience, strong commercial awareness, and confidence reading architectural and structural drawings. Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and managing multiple project priorities is important.
The role offers genuine long-term progression into Project Management and leadership, alongside exposure to both architectural and construction delivery.
Studio-based in East London, with Fridays working from home.
