Summary

If you are a talented newly qualified Residential Revit Architect or experienced Part II looking for a role at an esteemed AJ100 Practice based in London, then this could be for you! Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement architectural concepts for residential projects.
• Utilise Revit software to create detailed and accurate architectural drawings and 3D models.
• Participate in the early stages of projects, including site analysis, concept development, and design presentations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic design solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct thorough research and stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to residential architecture.
• Contribute to the firm’s ongoing commitment to excellence in design and innovation.

Skills and qualifications:

• ARB/Part II accredited
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with Revit software.
• Previous experience working on residential projects, including early stages and concept development.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for residential architecture and a keen eye for detail.
