Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural concepts and create detailed architectural drawings using Revit software.
• Participate in project meetings and provide valuable insights on design and construction issues.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance design capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Revit software is crucial for this role.
• Proven experience in large scale housing and high-rise projects
• RIBA/ARB Architect or Architectural Designer (Part II with 5+ Years experience)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of building regulations, planning policies, and construction processes
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Right to live and work in the UK
