This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious architect to take a leading role within a growing studio known for its bespoke private homes, extensions, and sensitive refurbishments – often involving listed buildings and heritage contexts.
The Role – What You’ll Be Doing as Revit Architect
Lead high-end residential projects from early concept through to delivery on site
Run jobs confidently and liaise directly with private clients and consultants
Produce detailed planning and construction packages using Revit
Manage internal teams and external consultants across all RIBA stages
Coordinate design with structural engineers, M&E consultants, and contractors
Stay informed on current building regulations, material trends, and detailing
Uphold the studio’s focus on quality, craft, and interior architecture
What We’re Looking for in a Revit Architect
ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 3–5 years’ post-Part III experience
A strong background in UK high-end residential projects (private homes, extensions, refurbishments)
Experience working on or with listed buildings or within conservation areas
Confident in running projects and overseeing small teams
Excellent proficiency in Revit – experience producing technical packages is essential
Strong design portfolio showing creativity, detailing and luxury interiors knowledge
Comfortable managing client relationships and representing the practice
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines across different projects

A good eye for materials, finishes and joinery
Understanding of the full lifecycle of a residential build, from sketch to snagging
