Revit Architect with BIM Experience

Salary Guide: £40,000 – £45,000

Summary

A top AJ100 practice are seeking a highly skilled Revit Architect with BIM experience that has at least 5 years of experience in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality BIM models and Revit drawings for a variety of projects, including commercial, residential and institutional buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement BIM and Revit strategies.
• Create and maintain BIM models using Revit software.
• Collaborate with other consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet all required standards.
• Ensure that all BIM and Revit deliverables comply with company standards and protocols.
• Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide guidance and support to other team members in the use of BIM and Revit software.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ARB registered Architect or Architectural Technician (CIAT desirable)
• Knowledge of BIM and Revit software – Revit MEP and Revit Structure a bonus.
• Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop your skillset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current industry standards and regulations.
