Known for delivering high-quality residential schemes, the studio works across a range of housing projects with a strong focus on technical excellence, sustainability, and design quality.
This role is ideal for a Revit-focused Architectural Technician looking to further develop their technical expertise within a supportive and close-knit team environment.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in the production and coordination of detailed technical information using Revit across a range of residential schemes. Working closely with architects, engineers, and designers, you will contribute to BIM delivery, technical detailing, and project coordination across multiple stages.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly proficient Revit user looking to take ownership of technical drawing packages and contribute to meaningful residential developments within a collaborative studio setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality technical drawings, BIM models, and construction packages using Revit
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants across residential projects
- Ensure technical information is accurate, coordinated, and compliant with UK standards and project requirements
- Support the delivery of residential schemes through effective BIM coordination and technical problem solving
- Assist in developing and maintaining Revit libraries, templates, and BIM workflows
- Coordinate and resolve design and technical issues across project teams
- Contribute to smooth project delivery across multiple RIBA stages
Skills & Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Revit with proven experience producing technical drawing packages and BIM models
- Strong background working on UK residential schemes
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and technical coordination
- Experience delivering housing or residential projects within an architectural practice environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy
- Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing technical workloads
