Summary

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Revit Architectural Technologist for Housing Schemes to join a top AJ practice based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of residential, design-led housing schemes, and international villa projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality Revit architectural drawings and models for housing schemes.
• Utilize your expertise in residential projects to ensure accuracy, precision, and attention to detail in all architectural deliverables.
• Create and manage Revit families, templates, and libraries to streamline the design process.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Contribute to design discussions and provide technical insights to enhance the overall design quality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Revit software and implement best practices within the firm.

Skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist on residential projects, ideally within the housing sector.
• Strong proficiency in Revit software, with the ability to produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and models.
• Excellent understanding of quality detailing and construction techniques specific to housing schemes.
• A keen eye for design and the ability to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
