Summary
HAUS careers is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and rapidly expanding Central London practice in search of a talented Revit Senior Architect or Technologist to join their dynamic team.
As a Senior Architect in this lovely Central London practice, you will play an integral role in the development and delivery of high-quality projects across a range of sectors including leisure, healthcare and education. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of talented professionals who are dedicated to creating exceptional architecture that positively impacts communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external consultants and contractors.
- Work closely with the team to ensure designs are delivered in line with client expectations and project requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience in architectural practice.
- Proven experience in job running and project management.
- Excellent client and stakeholder-facing skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of delivering projects within the leisure, healthcare or education sectors.
- RIBA or ARB registered.
