Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with a close-knit team of 14 professionals, including architects, engineers, and designers, to deliver high-quality technical drawings and models using Revit.
• Assist in the production of detailed construction drawings, BIM models, and other design deliverables for a range of housing schemes, with a focus on affordability and sustainability.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all technical drawings, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Revit libraries and templates, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency within the firm.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring smooth coordination between disciplines and timely project delivery.

Skills and qualifications:

• Exceptional proficiency in Revit, with a proven track record of producing high-quality technical drawings and models.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, construction processes, and industry standards related to housing schemes.
• Experience working on affordable housing, social housing, or council schemes is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team environment.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in all technical drawings and models.
• A relevant qualification in architectural technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
