An exciting opportunity to be part of a growing Independent Architectural firm. Looking for a skilled Revit Technician to help with planning, tender, and construction during the build. Based in Surrey, this captivating company is looking to expand. You will be at the forefront of this expansion providing excellent career progress and earning capabilities. This opportunity will likely suit someone with experience from similar residential projects. Having gained knowledge of planning, Revit and AutoCAD software ambition to gain new business.

Job description:

• RIBA part ii or Architect or relevant experience within a similar discipline
• Excellent proficiency in Revit, and AutoCAD
• Experience of residential projects
• Understanding of M&E and structural coordination
• Experience in detailed design and co-ordinating multiple packages
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations
• Experienced in submitting of planning applications and local authority liaison
• Experiencing and understanding of joinery detailing is desirable but not essential

The right person for this role, would:

• Be a technical minded, problem solver
• Have excellent communication skills, spoken and written English
• Hold strong organisation skills, with ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
• Ideally be at least 4 years post qualification
• Have existing knowledge of UK building regulations and planning permission
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal as well as excellent presentation
• Previous experience of using Revit on live projects, ideally a fluent user who can hit the ground running
