Sales Manager Role Summary

An experienced Sales Manager is sought to lead and grow a luxury homeware and furniture brand in NW London. This design-led interiors studio is well known for beautifully crafted spaces and is now seeking a commercially focused professional to drive ambitious growth across UK and US markets.

The Sales Manager will oversee retail, trade, and distribution sales, combining strategy and hands-on execution. With responsibility for showrooms, e-commerce platforms, and expanding trade partnerships, this role requires a confident, client-focused leader with experience in luxury interiors and international markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a sales strategy to achieve growth targets
  • Drive revenue across retail, trade, and wholesale, with a focus on international expansion
  • Build and manage relationships with designers, architects, retailers, and distribution partners
  • Collaborate with US showrooms and sales representatives to implement strategy and maintain pipeline reporting
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs, showroom events, and client presentations
  • Oversee the trade programme, including pricing structures and terms
  • Partner with marketing and product teams on new launches and campaigns
  • Work with operations and logistics to ensure seamless fulfilment and customer experience
  • Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to the leadership team

The Successful Candidate:

  • Proven international sales or business development experience in furniture and interior homeware
  • Experience growing multi-channel sales, including international markets
  • Strong network of trade and industry contacts, ideally spanning the UK and US
  • Skilled in managing distribution partners and trade programmes
  • Commercially sharp, target-driven, and confident in negotiation
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable with strong organisational skills
  • Passionate about design and craftsmanship, with excellent communication skills
