A bespoke residential architecture practice in West London is looking for a talented Senior Architect to join their close-knit team. The studio specialises in high-end private housing, with a strong focus on extensions, refurbishments and conversions. Role & Responsibilities – Senior Architect
- Lead the design and technical delivery of bespoke residential projects.
- Produce and oversee Building Regulations, tender and construction documentation.
- Attend site and manage inspections throughout the construction process.
- Work collaboratively with a small architectural team and a wider construction team.
- Hybrid working – open to 2–3 days from home.
Skills & Experience – Senior Architect
- Professional: Strong design and technical knowledge with proven private residential project experience.
- Software: Revit preferred, but the team is flexible and open to other software.
- Soft skills: A confident communicator who enjoys taking the lead and guiding others.
Practice & Culture
- Currently a team of 6 in the architectural studio, working alongside a 30-strong construction team.
