Summary

A prestigious architecture firm specialising in bespoke high-end residential projects, is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect with a passion for design-led, high-end residential projects to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop and deliver high-quality architectural solutions for bespoke high-end residential projects.
• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through to completion, ensuring adherence to project briefs, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure clear understanding and successful project outcomes.
• Incorporate interior architecture and design into the overall design process, ensuring a holistic approach to each project.
• Maintain a neat and impressive portfolio of completed projects to showcase design expertise and capabilities.

Skills and qualifications:

• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
• Demonstrated architectural flair and a passion for high-end residential design.
• Revit and/or MicroStation knowledge is advantageous.
• A portfolio of completed projects that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and a high standard of design.
• Ability to live and work in the UK.
