We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect for a top client based in Central London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on design-led commercial retro-fit projects, making a significant impact on the past, present, and future built environment. Key responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process for commercial retrofit projects, following project timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and interior designers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including concept development, schematic design, and construction documentation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is accurately translated into built form.
• Mentor and supervise junior architects, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and providing regular project updates.

Skills and qualifications:

• ARB registered.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial retrofit projects.
• Proficiency in software tools such as Revit and MicroStation.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and guide project teams.
• Excellent technical abilities and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality design deliverables.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• A smart portfolio showcasing your expertise in commercial retrofit projects.
• Experience in fit-out design and knowledge of building regulations and codes.
