HAUS Careers is proud to partner with a highly respected, employee-owned architecture practice in West London to appoint a Senior Architect for its growing London studio.

This is not simply another Senior Architect role.

The Opportunity

You will lead small to medium-sized projects or manage significant packages within larger schemes, acting as a key link between design teams and senior leadership.

This position combines strong design sensibility with technical excellence and delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept through to completion and site delivery

  • Coordinate consultant teams and internal design groups

  • Manage programme, technical delivery and quality assurance

  • Mentor and support architectural assistants and junior architects

  • Present and communicate confidently with clients and senior leadership

  • Contribute across housing, hospitality, heritage and workplace sectors


About You

We are seeking an architect who combines creative confidence with technical rigour and leadership capability.

Essential Experience

  • ARB registered Architect with 5+ years’ post-Part 3 experience

  • A strong, design-led portfolio demonstrating involvement from concept to completion

  • Proven experience leading projects and managing delivery on site

  • High proficiency in Revit

  • Experience coordinating consultants and managing programmes
