Haus Careers are delighted to be representing a prestigious, high-end luxury property developer seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join their dynamic team. Based in the heart of London they have a growing portfolio and a number of new projects in the pipeline.
Senior Architect Role Summary:
This is a rare opportunity to work with one of London’s most respected luxury residential developers, known for delivering exceptional multi-unit developments both in the UK and internationally. With current projects underway in Westminster, as well as overseas in Switzerland, France, and the Middle East, this is an ideal role for an architect with a flair for detail, and a passion for refined design.
Senior Architect Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential schemes, primarily in Central London.
Oversee multi-unit developments from concept through to completion.
Liaise closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure all projects are compliant with UK building regulations, particularly those relevant to Westminster and the surrounding boroughs.
Represent the client in key design meetings and planning submissions.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5+ years post-Part III experience, ideally with a strong portfolio in luxury residential developments.
Significant experience working on London-based projects; familiarity with Westminster planning and building control is highly advantageous.
Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Revit knowledge is a plus but not essential.
Confident, client-facing, and able to work autonomously on high-profile developments.
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes.
