An award-winning international architecture and interior design studio is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join its Southwest London team. The practice delivers thoughtfully crafted residential, hospitality, cultural, and commercial projects across the UK and internationally, with a strong reputation for design excellence and technical rigour.
The Role
This position is suited to an experienced architect with a strong design sensibility and proven technical expertise on complex projects. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading defined project packages through all RIBA stages, working closely with a Project Leader or Partner to ensure projects are delivered to the highest design and technical standards.
You will balance creativity with technical precision, contributing clear architectural thinking while supporting seamless project delivery from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver defined packages of work across UK and international residential, hospitality, and commercial projects through all RIBA stages
Develop and resolve architectural and technical solutions while maintaining design intent
Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawings and documentation in Revit
Support site delivery, liaising closely with contractors and consultant teams
Collaborate effectively with Project Leaders, Partners, and wider studio teams
Uphold design quality, sustainability objectives, and industry best practice
Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering high-quality residential, hospitality, and commercial projects in the UK and internationally
Strong technical capability and confidence resolving live project challenges
Experience leading and mentoring team members
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and contractors
Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong detailing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership
Positive, collaborative approach to studio culture
