The Role
As Senior Architect, you’ll take a leading role in the delivery of luxury residential projects from concept through to completion, ensuring architectural quality and technical precision throughout every stage.
You’ll be heavily involved in spatial planning, technical detailing, bespoke joinery, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and FF&E teams, helping deliver cohesive and beautifully resolved projects.
This role would suit an architect who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of residential design and is confident managing projects through all RIBA stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end residential projects across all RIBA stages from concept to completion
- Develop and present considered design concepts, technical packages, and detailed specifications
- Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages, bespoke joinery detailing, and exterior envelope design
- Coordinate closely with FF&E teams to ensure seamless integration between architecture and interiors
- Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and oversee technical coordination during construction phases
- Mentor and support junior team members within the studio
- Maintain the studio’s exceptionally high standards of design quality and attention to detail
About You
- ARB-registered Architect with 8–10 years’ experience, ideally within luxury residential architecture and interiors
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency
- Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and technical delivery
- Proven experience delivering bespoke residential projects across all RIBA stages
- Strong spatial planning and bespoke joinery detailing skills
- Experience collaborating closely with FF&E and interiors teams
- Confident communicator with experience managing clients and consultant teams
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate about beautifully crafted residential architecture and timeless design
