We’re working with a globally acclaimed architecture and design studio who are looking for a Senior Architect. They are renowned for delivering innovative, high-end mixed-use and retail projects across the world. Their London studio thrives on a collaborative, design-led ethos, combining architectural excellence with striking interior work. The Role
As a Senior Architect, you will be pivotal in shaping and delivering complex mixed-use developments, with a strong focus on both architecture and interiors. You will lead design and technical workstreams, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, programme, and budget.
You will work closely with Associates and senior leadership, mentor emerging talent, and coordinate with consultants and contractors to bring cohesive, world-class designs to life.
What You’ll Do
Lead the architectural and interior design development from Concept and Schematic Design through to Construction Documentation
Prepare, review, and quality-check detailed drawings and tender packages
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain design integrity and technical accuracy
Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and FF&E to deliver innovative, high-quality interiors
Manage, mentor, and inspire junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative studio culture
Support project programming, resource planning, and workload management
Present design concepts and updates confidently to clients and project stakeholders
Balance creative ambition with technical feasibility and financial considerations
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including branding, interiors, and installation specialists
Utilise industry-standard software such as Rhino, AutoCAD, and Revit; visualisation and FF&E skills are a plus
About You
Minimum 8 years’ experience working on luxury or mixed-use projects, ideally with international exposure
Strong dual understanding of architecture and interiors, able to seamlessly integrate design and technical solutions
Exceptional visual communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Rhino and AutoCAD; Revit experience highly desirable
Proven track record of leading design teams and mentoring junior staff
Confident and professional when liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes
Collaborative, proactive, and skilled at managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
