About the Practice

We’re working with a globally acclaimed architecture and design studio who are looking for a Senior Architect. They are renowned for delivering innovative, high-end mixed-use and retail projects across the world. Their London studio thrives on a collaborative, design-led ethos, combining architectural excellence with striking interior work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced international team and contribute to ambitious, large-scale projects from concept through to completion.

The Role

As a Senior Architect, you will be pivotal in shaping and delivering complex mixed-use developments, with a strong focus on both architecture and interiors. You will lead design and technical workstreams, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, programme, and budget.

You will work closely with Associates and senior leadership, mentor emerging talent, and coordinate with consultants and contractors to bring cohesive, world-class designs to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the architectural and interior design development from Concept and Schematic Design through to Construction Documentation

  • Prepare, review, and quality-check detailed drawings and tender packages

  • Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain design integrity and technical accuracy

  • Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and FF&E to deliver innovative, high-quality interiors

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative studio culture

  • Support project programming, resource planning, and workload management

  • Present design concepts and updates confidently to clients and project stakeholders

  • Balance creative ambition with technical feasibility and financial considerations

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including branding, interiors, and installation specialists

  • Utilise industry-standard software such as Rhino, AutoCAD, and Revit; visualisation and FF&E skills are a plus

About You

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience working on luxury or mixed-use projects, ideally with international exposure

  • Strong dual understanding of architecture and interiors, able to seamlessly integrate design and technical solutions

  • Exceptional visual communication and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Rhino and AutoCAD; Revit experience highly desirable

  • Proven track record of leading design teams and mentoring junior staff

  • Confident and professional when liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors

  • Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes

  • Collaborative, proactive, and skilled at managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What’s on Offer

  • Comprehensive wellness and fitness initiatives

  • Dedicated CPD and professional development budget

  • Enhanced holiday entitlement, including paid festive closure

  • Cycle-to-work scheme

  • Private medical and life insurance options

  • Regular social events and a vibrant studio culture

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career with a prestigious practice that values creativity, collaboration and craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
