Senior Architect – Lead a Landmark Private Villa in Riyadh (while based in London)
This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Architect or Associate Architect to take the lead on a one-off, high-end villa — whilst remaining London-based and travelling to Riyadh for focused two-week visits as the project progresses. Haus Careers is proud to be working exclusively with a highly distinguished private client in Saudi Arabia, who is in the early stages of creating a remarkable, large-scale private residence.
The home is an expansive 2,400m² private villa, currently in early concept development. The family have already explored some initial ideas and are now seeking a trusted architect to refine and evolve the vision, steer the design in collaboration with them, and oversee its delivery through to completion.
In this role, you will become the family’s dedicated architect — offering both creative direction and professional guidance as they shape their legacy home. You’ll work from a London studio for the majority of the time, supported by a close-knit team, while flying to Riyadh regularly to lead workshops, review progress on site, and maintain the close personal relationship with the client.

Who we’re looking for:
10–15 years’ experience in architecture, with a focus on high-end private residential projects
Proven track record of delivering large bespoke homes from concept to completion
Experienced in working directly with UHNW clients – sensitive, thoughtful and well-spoken
Confident leading both design and delivery, managing a small team from the London base
Able to travel to Riyadh for 1–2 weeks at a time, maintaining a strong presence throughout the build
Someone who takes pride in doing things properly, with care and quiet confidence
