Senior Architect Role Summary
Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience)

An award-winning residential developer with a growing in-house architectural team is looking for a Senior Architect to join their Central London studio. This is a rare opportunity for a talented architect to take a central role in the design and delivery of high-quality residential schemes that blend heritage character with modern craftsmanship.
The role is ideal for someone with a strong residential background and excellent Revit skills, who enjoys taking ownership of projects across all RIBA stages. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external consultants, and have the chance to make a genuine design impact while enjoying the fast-paced, decision-driven environment of development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead residential projects from early design stages through to construction
Manage and coordinate teams, consultants, and stakeholders
Produce detailed technical and design drawings using Revit
Drive projects forward through planning, design development, and delivery
Engage confidently with clients, planners, and consultants
Contribute to broader design strategy and team development
About You
Experienced Architect with 5+ years post-Part III (ARB-registered)
Strong experience working on residential schemes in the UK
Highly proficient in Revit – this is essential
Comfortable working across all RIBA stages, particularly technical delivery
Strong communicator with excellent presentation and coordination skills
Experience in project-running, consultant liaison, and team leadership
Passionate about high-quality housing design and practical problem-solving
