Senior Architect Role Summary
Central London (Hybrid: 2 days WFH)
£48,000 – £55,000, depending on experience
We’re seeking a Senior Architect with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience to join a leading Central London studio renowned for its thoughtful, design-led approach to healthcare and community architecture.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, proactive, and collaborative architect to take a leading role in the delivery of high-quality new-build healthcare projects — from early concept design through to technical and construction stages.
Key Requirements
ARB-registered Architect with 4+ years’ post-Part III experience
Proven track record working on medium to large-scale UK projects
Strong technical knowledge and experience delivering RIBA Stages 3–5
Revit proficiency is essential; experience with Twinmotion is advantageous
Confident communicator with excellent coordination and leadership skills
Ability to manage workloads, mentor junior team members, and maintain quality standards
Experience in healthcare, public sector, or complex institutional projects preferred
Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of new-build healthcare schemes across all RIBA stages
Oversee Revit-based design, detailing, and coordination packages
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Contribute to internal design reviews and ensure best practices in technical quality
Support project and resource planning, working closely with Directors and Associates
Champion design excellence while maintaining technical precision
