About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Architect with a proven track record in residential design to take ownership of complex projects from inception through to completion. You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative studio environment based in Central/East London, mentoring junior staff whilst driving high-quality architectural outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage residential projects, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and timely delivery in compliance with UK Building Regulations, Part L, Part B (Fire Safety), and other relevant legislation
Oversee Revit workflows, producing detailed design packages and construction documentation
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, fostering strong relationships
Manage project budgets, programmes, and quality control with an eye for risk mitigation
Mentor and develop junior architects and project teams, fostering growth and collaboration
Ensure all work complies with ARB guidelines and RIBA Plan of Work stages
Contribute to studio-wide initiatives and help shape the practice’s future direction
What They’re Looking For
ARB-registered Architect with 6+ years post-qualification experience, primarily in residential architecture
Proven expertise in Revit and architectural delivery from concept through construction
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative, approachable personality with a genuine commitment to a people-first culture
