The Role
As Senior Architect / Project Manager, you will take a technical lead on several upcoming schemes. The ideal candidate will be confident in producing and overseeing detailed drawing packages (including shell & core and working drawings), coordinating consultants, and running projects through planning, tender, and construction phases.

Lead the technical delivery of multiple residential and mixed-use projects
Produce and coordinate detailed design and working drawing packages
Manage planning submissions and liaise with local authorities
Oversee on-site works, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget

About You
Qualified Architect (ARB / RIBA) with strong technical expertise
Confident job runner with proven project and team management experience
Skilled in coordinating complex projects from design through delivery
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Vectorworks experience preferred (training can be provided)

What’s on Offer
£55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience

Opportunity to work on high-quality London-based projects from inception to completion
Supportive, collaborative team culture with real ownership of your work
If you’re a technically strong Architect or Project Manager ready to step into a pivotal role within a growing design and development practice, we’d love to hear from you.
