Haus Careers is delighted to be working exclusively with a prominent and well-respected private client in Riyadh, who is embarking on the creation of an extraordinary family residence. This is a rare and deeply rewarding opportunity for a Senior or Associate-level Architect to become the family’s trusted design lead — guiding them through every step of the journey in realising their dream home.
This private commission — a beautifully conceived, 2,400m² villa — is in its early concept stage. The client has a clear vision and high aspirations, and is now looking for a dedicated architect to partner with them throughout the process: from refining and developing the concept, through detailed design, technical stages, and ultimately to handover and completion.
You’ll act as the family’s personal architect — not just a project lead, but a long-term collaborator and advisor. It’s essential that you bring both design excellence and the sensitivity to work closely with private clients at a high level, helping shape their home with care, consideration, and timeless style.
This is not a rushed or commercially-driven development — it’s a thoughtful and well-supported journey, where you’ll have the time and trust to do things properly.

What they’re looking for:
10–15 years’ experience in architecture, with strong exposure to high-end private residential projects
A calm, confident communicator – someone who can guide and advise private clients throughout the entire process
Experience delivering large bespoke homes, ideally for international or UHNW clients
Design excellence, alongside strong technical and on-site delivery knowledge
Ability to lead a small team, while also remaining personally involved in the detail
A thoughtful and unhurried approach – someone who believes in doing things properly, with pride in their work
