Senior Architect / Senior Technologist Role Summary

We’re working with a busy London-based studio that needs immediate support on live residential projects. They are looking to bring in a Senior Architect or Senior Technologist who can hit the ground running within days.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident in delivery, detail design, and Revit workflows — whether you’re seeking a contract role or a permanent move.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a collaborative studio environment working on active residential schemes, supporting the team through a critical delivery phase. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical ability and the confidence to contribute from day one.
Key Requirements (Essential)
- Strong residential project experience (UK-based preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years recent Revit experience
- Proven ability to produce detailed drawings at 1:5 scale
- Comfortable stepping into live projects with minimal onboarding
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical and construction drawing packages
- Produce and coordinate detailed design information (including 1:5 details)
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet tight project deadlines
- Support project delivery across Revit-based workflows
- Liaise with consultants and contractors where required
