Summary

HAUS Careers is currently seeking a Senior Architect for an established architectural firm based in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented architect to join a friendly and dynamic team, working on high-end residential projects. The Senior Architect will lead the design team and be responsible for the overall development and implementation of projects, collaborating with the firm’s Directors, in-house specialists, and external consultants.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design team and ensure the successful development and implementation of architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with the firm’s Directors to define key project stages and ensure timely completion of activities.
  • Supervise the production of planning drawings and coordinate with the design team.
  • Prepare Design and Access Statements.
  • Arrange and attend pre-submission meetings with Planning and Design Officers.
  • Prepare and submit Planning and Listed Building Consent applications.
  • Coordinate the discharge of consent conditions.
  • Prepare project progress reports and client reports.

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience working on high-end luxury residential/hotel projects with a contract value of approximately £2 million and above.
  • Proven experience in running a project through all RIBA stages.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, and knowledge of Revit is a bonus.
  • Experience with graphics and rendering for scheme and planning design.
  • Highly motivated and capable of inspiring and encouraging team members.
