They work across a brilliant mix of sectors – cultural, education, civic, and more – creating beautiful, bespoke buildings with real social and sustainable impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Taking charge of projects from early concept to final handover (RIBA Stages 1–6)
Creating clear, detailed technical drawings and construction packages
Running jobs on site and leading consultant coordination
Supporting younger team members and keeping quality high across the board
Driving sustainable design and pushing for positive change through architecture
What They’re Looking For:
ARB registered with 5+ years post-Part 3 experience
Proven experience delivering complex, bespoke projects
Confident across all RIBA stages, especially technical detailing and site
Strong 3D CAD skills a must; Vectorworks and BIM are a plus
Great communicator and collaborative team player
Someone who genuinely cares about design, people, and impact
