A leading design-led architectural studio is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technician to join their team on a range of beautifully crafted workplace and high-end residential and hospitality projects.

Undertake detailed coordination with consultants, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines.
Liaise closely with contractors on site to maintain design integrity and achieve an impeccable level of finish.
Review and develop NBS specifications.
Apply a sound understanding of current Building Regulations and British Standards throughout all project stages.
Skills and Experience
7–10 years’ experience working within the workplace, residential, or hospitality sectors.
Exceptional AutoCAD proficiency and confident technical drawing ability.
Strong knowledge of joinery, specialist finishes, and both interior and exterior detailing.
Experience delivering high-end, bespoke projects under traditional contracts (rather than D&B).
A methodical, proactive approach, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
