Projects range from smaller, hands-on schemes up to £10m, alongside larger, more complex programmes (£20m–£30m)—offering a strong mix of delivery ownership and technical challenge.

The Role

This is a technical delivery-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail and ensuring projects are well-resolved, coordinated, and buildable.

You’ll take ownership of technical packages across later RIBA stages, working closely with both internal teams and external consultants to drive quality and resolve complexity.

  • Ensure projects are delivered to a high technical and regulatory standard

About You

  • Experienced Architectural Technician or Technical Architect with a strong delivery focus
  • Proven track record producing detailed construction packages
  • Experience in healthcare or similarly complex/regulated sectors (highly desirable)
  • Strong Revit capability
  • Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and detailing
  • Methodical, detail-driven, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

Why Apply?

  • Join a growing healthcare team within an established practice
  • Work on technically challenging, real-world impactful projects
  • Be central to how buildings are detailed and delivered on site
  • Collaborate closely with in-house engineers and specialists
  • Exposure to both smaller schemes and large-scale healthcare programmes
  • Flexible / hybrid working and a supportive team culture

The Practice

This is a London-based, Top 150 UK consultancy and Top 40 architecture practice, offering a genuinely multidisciplinary environment across architecture, engineering, and consultancy services.

Their work spans healthcare, residential, education, commercial, and community sectors, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, technical expertise, and problem-solving.
