Our client, a High-end Interior Design studio is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Designer to join their talented team, specialising in luxury hospitality, and commercial interiors. This is a unique opportunity to work on prestigious interior design projects for large-scale commercial spaces, shaping spaces that define innovation, elegance, and functional excellence.
The successful candidate will have experience in retail and hospitality with at least 6 years’ post-graduate experience.
The Senior Creative Designer Role
The Senior Creative Designer will lead projects from initial concept to final delivery. With a strong creative vision and technical excellence, the successful candidate will oversee concept development, detailed drawing packages, supplier liaison, FF&E specification, and client presentations. This role requires both strong autonomy and collaborative skill, contributing to a multidisciplinary design team.
What You’ll Be Doing as Senior Creative Designer
Develop and present high-level design concepts and narratives
Lead interior design projects from concept through to construction documentation
Produce detail drawing packages for large commercial and marine interiors
Select and specify FF&E, finishes, materials, and ensure schedules are accurately maintained
Collaborate with consultants, suppliers, and clients throughout the design process
Ensure creative output aligns with brand values and quality standards
Oversee and mentor junior designers, ensuring consistent delivery across all project stages
About You
- A design degree with a minimum of 6 years’ post-graduate experience
- Strong background in interior design for hospitality, commercial or retail
- Proficiency in both 2D and 3D CAD; Vectorworks is highly desirable
- Excellent Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office skills
- Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, detailing and FF&E procurement
- High-level space planning and concept development skills
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication abilities
- Able to present confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Passionate about delivering exceptional interiors and detail-driven design
