We’re looking for a talented Senior Design Architect to join a well-established London practice known for delivering beautifully crafted, bespoke design solutions for influential and discerning private clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on high-end/super prime residential projects, from early-stage concept design through to planning. Strong hand drawing skills are essential, and examples of freehand sketches must be included in the portfolio.
The Role
Lead design across RIBA Stages 0–3, working closely with Directors and the delivery team.
Shape the brief, develop strong concept ideas, and present compelling 3D design visions.
Produce sketches and design visuals using both hand-drawing and digital tools.
Oversee the preparation and submission of planning and listed building consent applications.
Coordinate with planning officers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
About You
ARB-registered Architect with at least 5 years’ post-Part III UK experience.
A strong background in high-end residential and/or luxury hotel projects.
Exceptional conceptual design and sketching skills, with the ability to think in 3D.
Confident communicator, able to liaise directly with directors, clients, and consultants.
Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software, with good technical knowledge.
Organised, collaborative, and able to lead and inspire a small team.
Fluency in English (additional languages a bonus).
