Senior Design Manager for Private Healthcare Projects in London

Salary Guide: £50,000 – £60,000 (based on experience, pro rata)

Summary

A leading Global construction company is seeking a Senior Design Manager Architect to join their London team to work on a private healthcare projects in the UK.

As a key member of the Architectural team, you will be taking responsibility for projects with a value of up to £20m. Alongside chairing design meetings, reviewing the development of ideas and managing the production of samples, you will be pitching, winning work and presenting both internally and externally. So a key communicator, well presented and focus individual would be best suited for this role.

The right person must have:

• Proven exisiting experience as a Design Manager
• Ability to lead a team – confidence to share knowledge, support younger members of the company and strong communication skills with strong spoken and written English
• An enthusiasm for design, a desire for perfection and an eye for detail • A people person – ability to build trust and create new and lasting relationships with others.
• Hold strong organisation skills, with ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
• An understanding of how to generate good business.
• The right to live and work in the UK
