The Senior FF and E Interior Designer Role
The successful designer will take the creative and managerial lead across all stages of high-profile hospitality interior projects – from concept through to completion. They’ll work across new builds and refurbishments, bringing strong FF&E expertise and a meticulous eye for detail.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the full lifecycle of design projects, from briefing and concept design to final delivery.
Creating bold, compelling design narratives tailored to high-end hospitality clients.
Overseeing FF&E specification, procurement, and installation with budgetary and timeline precision.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and consultants throughout all project phases.
Supporting business development through pitches, presentations, and strategic input.
Guiding and mentoring junior designers while collaborating with a talented international team.
Reporting to Design Heads and senior leadership on progress and resource planning.
About You
This role is suited to an experienced, self-motivated designer with a flair for storytelling through space and materials. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, design-led culture and bring both creative vision and operational clarity.
You will have:
A degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
6+ years of experience working across luxury hospitality and F&B projects.
A robust understanding of the design process, space planning, and FF&E specification.
Strong client-facing skills and the confidence to lead complex projects.
Excellent proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, etc.) and a sharp visual sense.
A proactive, collaborative approach with an ability to inspire teams and meet deadlines.
