HR Manager Role Summary

An international multi-disciplinary company is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their leadership team in London. The successful candidate will shape and implement the HR strategy, recruitment, development and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities of this HR Manager Role

  • Be a leader in HR and deliver strategy on recruitment, people development and retention.
  • Lead HR policies across all international offices – UK, Greece, Spain and Italy.
  • Develop the diversity and inclusion strategy.
  • Monitor HR-related KPIs.
  • Develop the training programme, CPDs and other development initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Events team to deliver social events for employees.
  • Promote health and wellbeing across all studios

About You

  • 10+ years in a HR leadership role within professional services.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Experience working in an international company.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • An enthusiastic team player.
