The Role – Senior Interior Architect
As a Senior Interior Architect, you’ll play a central role in leading projects from concept through to completion, with an emphasis on spatial planning, architectural detailing, and design management. You’ll guide junior and midweight designers, liaise closely with clients and consultants, and ensure the seamless translation of design intent into built reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end residential and boutique hospitality projects across all RIBA stages
- Develop and present concepts, layouts, and technical solutions with clarity and precision
- Oversee detailed drawing packages, bespoke joinery, and material specifications
- Directly liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants
- Lead site visits, technical coordination, and delivery processes
- Mentor junior team members and champion studio leadership and design excellence
- Uphold the studio’s standards of discretion, quality, and detail at all times
About You
- 7+ years’ professional experience in high-end interior architecture
- Proven record leading complex residential or hospitality projects from start to finish
- Advanced AutoCAD skills and strong knowledge of UK building regs and construction detailing
- Exceptional spatial planning and bespoke joinery detailing ability
- Confident client communicator with strong leadership skills
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A passion for refined, timeless interiors with meticulous attention to detail
