The Role
You’ll be responsible for taking beautifully conceptualised ideas through to fully coordinated construction drawing packages. Your day-to-day will include:
- Developing detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, joinery drawings, and schedules
- Coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, acoustics, architecture) to create smooth, technically sound design packages
- Delivering Revit-based drawing sets to the highest standard
- Managing drawing packages through all project stages with clarity and confidence
- Working closely with designers, PMs, and site teams to ensure delivery excellence
What You Bring
- Expert-level Revit and AutoCAD, you’re the go-to on these tools
- Strong project management and on-site experience
- Meticulous eye for technical detail and design integrity
- Background in high-end residential or hospitality design
- Confident working across multiple consultants and keeping packages beautifully coordinated
