Strong Middleweight to Senior Interior Architect
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Interior Architect to join a prestigious studio specialising in high-end residential design, based in Central London. This full-time, office-based role offers the chance to contribute to exceptional projects, assisting with the development of designs from concept through to completion. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the project team, supporting the Creative Director to deliver bespoke, high-quality interiors.
You will need to show a portfolio with highly detailed drawings you have produced and delivered individually and be able to confidently speak about them in the interview.
Key Responsibilities for this Mid-Senior Interior Architect Role
Assist in the development of projects from concept to completion, working closely with the Creative Director
Design and draft highly detailed tender packages using AutoCAD independently as well as guiding junior team and oversee the drawings
Produce furniture layouts, RCP, small power plans, and joinery drawings that will be shared with local architects
Design bespoke furniture and generate detailed drawings for pricing
Coordinate with external consultants, lighting designers, landscape designers, and local architects
Attend client and site meetings as required to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Skills and Qualifications of this Mid-Senior Interior Architect Role
Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software (desirable)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage fast-paced projects
Proactive, self-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
Exceptional written and spoken English, with a keen attention to detail
Legal right to work in the UK and availability to start immediately
