Summary of Senior Interior Designer Role

An established interior design studio celebrated for its innovative and luxurious design ethos, is seeking an experienced Senior FF&E Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in delivering FF&E packages for hospitality and commercial projects. Located in Shoreditch, this studio is a creative and collaborative team that offers hybrid working. Senior Interior Designer Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver FF&E packages across various project scales and sectors
  • Lead a team of FF&E designers, be effective with delegation and communication.
  • Work within the design team with an extensive understanding of finishes, furniture, and lighting, delivering
  • Approaching tasks consistently and with precision.
  • Showcase experience in completing specifications to a high standard.
  • Ability to generate and manage FF&E and OS&E schedules while tracking the supply chain effectively.
  • Create sample mood boards for client presentations at a high standard.
  • Work both collaboratively as part of a larger team and independently on projects when required.
  • Possess a confident, positive, and grounded demeanor, with the self-motivation to take ownership of FF&E on projects

Skills Necessary for this Senior Interior Designer Role

  • Exceptional communication skills with clients, consultants, and studio members.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Logical action planning and problem-solving within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Efficient performance in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Team coordination ability toward common goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, products, and suppliers.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in luxury hospitality and commercial interiors eligibility to work in the UK.

About the Company

  • Operating times are 9:30-5:30
  • Closes for 2 weeks during the festive period, in addition to 20 days Annual Leave which excludes public holidays
  • This role offers 1 work from home day on Fridays after probation
