Job Description for this Senior Interior Designer Role

  • Work alongside the architect to develop concepts
  • Manage daily project operations within established guidelines set by senior leadership.
  • Lead the design process, collaborating closely with the other designers
  • Conduct comprehensive design reviews for interior projects.
  • Act as a representative of the firm in external meetings, as directed by senior management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers as needed to ensure project success.
  • Provide coaching and training to more junior members, encouraging professional growth and development.
  • Present pitches to clients contributing to business development
  • Offer expert guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in design and project delivery, ensuring highquality outcomes.

Skills Necessary for this Senior Interior Designer Role

  • Experience in designing communal amenity space is essential
  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Senior Interior Designer
  • Effective presentation abilities, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent technical skills across in either Vectorwork or Revit, Sketchup and Adobe CS
  • Confident in delivering projects through concept to completion.
  • Good understanding of FFE design & procurement
  • Highly efficient and proactive management abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and updated on industry trends
  • Must have on site experience.
  • A degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent
