This is a small and friendly team of 6 that is highly creative and passionate about using bold materials and vintage pieces. This opportunity is seeking an organised and detail orientated senior interior designer with strong Vectorwork skills as well as professional that is highly personable client facer.

Job Description for this Senior Interior Designer Role

  • Lead the execution of a range of high-end residential projects from concept to completion.
  • Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Overlook and be involved in the FF&E and Procurement
  • Manage project and FF&E budgets
  • Oversee and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support and mentor junior designers.
  • Develop bespoke furniture and joinery tailored to individual client needs
  • Take a bold approach in using rich and opulent materials
  • Conduct on-site visits for project assessment and progress monitoring.
  • Ensure the realization of design intent through meticulous attention to detail
  • Create poetic interiors that honour the architecture and surroundings of each space!

Skills Necessary for this Senior Interior Designer Role

  • Must be highly proficient in Vectorworks, Sketchup and Adobe CS
  • Should have at least 6 years industry experience
  • Confident in delivering luxury residential projects from concept to completion
  • Can demonstrate a creative flair and maintains a positive attitude in crafting fully bespoke luxury projects.
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of design and execution.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during project development.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of FF&E procurement and specifications.
  • Excellent in leading and client liaison communication skills.
  • Must have a degree or equivalent qualification in interior design or similar
