We’re representing an International studio based in London who are seeking a talented, all-rounded Senior Interior Designer to work on Hospitality projects. Revit proficiency is a must for this role, as well as team leadership, client facing, budget management and proven experience in the hospitality sector.

Job Description for this Senior Interior Designer Role

  • Lead all design phases for interior hospitality projects, establishing the vision and directing the team.
  • Oversee and review design and technical drawings, ensuring compliance with design solutions.
  • Resolve inconsistencies in drawings in collaboration with technical staff.
  • Research and select fixtures and finishes, integrating client approvals into the overall design.
  • Produce, review, and finalize space plans and detailing for projects.
  • Manage overall design budget, informing PM or client of any potential variances.
  • Oversee tasks and provide feedback on the work of other designers.
  • Conduct client interviews to determine space needs and requirements.
  • Provide ongoing information to clients regarding design specifications.
  • This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK

Skills Necessary for this Senior Interior Designer Role

  • Understanding of design principles, space planning, and aesthetics.
  • In-depth knowledge in furniture layout concepts and interior architecture detailing.
  • Sketching, rendering, and presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CDs, building systems, codes, and ADA requirements.
  • Highly advanced skills in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Must have a degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
