They are seeking a Senior Interior Designer & Creative Store Lead to take full creative ownership of a 5,000 sq ft store environment – evolving it constantly, styling it editorially, and leading it as both a brand experience and a commercial space.
The Role
You’ll be the creative force behind the store, responsible for how it looks, feels, performs, and evolves. Alongside leading interior design projects and client consultations, you’ll own the store’s visual storytelling — from merchandising and seasonal refreshes to content moments, shoots, and activations.
This is a hands-on, high-trust role with real visibility, ideal for a designer who enjoys autonomy, leadership, and seeing ideas come to life in real time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design consultations and projects from concept to delivery
Create layouts, moodboards, palettes, and product specifications
Translate client briefs into elevated, brand-aligned schemes
Own the store’s visual identity: zoning, flow, styling, and storytelling
Deliver seasonal refreshes, launches, and window moments
Art direct and style content moments for social, web, and press
Lead and motivate the store team, maintaining exceptional standards
Balance creativity with commercial performance and customer experience
About You
Senior-level experience in interiors (retail, hospitality, luxury, or studio)
Strong visual merchandising and styling skill
Excellent taste and spatial judgement
Confident client-facing communicator and natural leader
Highly organised, hands-on, and commercially aware
Comfortable travelling within the UK for consultations and shoots
