Senior Interior Designer Role Summary:
An award-winning, design-led architecture and interiors studio in Bahrain is seeking a talented and articulate Senior Interior Designer to join their international team.
With a portfolio of high-end residential and hospitality projects across the Middle East and beyond, this studio offers an exciting opportunity to work on standout interiors from concept through to delivery.
This is an ideal role for a confident designer with strong presentation skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for thoughtful, high-impact design. You’ll work closely with international clients and consultants, representing the studio’s creative vision with clarity and professionalism.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing interior architecture concepts alongside the design team
- Leading or supporting client meetings and presentations with consultants and stakeholders
- Producing space plans, material selections, and coordinating FF&E packages
- Creating presentation materials, visuals, and technical drawings using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
- Supporting cross-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintaining project timelines and upholding design integrity throughout
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-end residential or hospitality interior projects
- A strong design sensibility with attention to detailing, materials, and spatial flow
- Excellent communication skills—confident in meetings and presentations with international clients
- Fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit experience is a plus
- Previous project experience in the UAE or Middle East is an advantage
- Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative in a studio environment
