Senior Interior Designer – High-End Hospitality & Lifestyle Projects
We’re working with a sought-after London-based interior design studio that’s redefining hospitality and lifestyle spaces across the globe. With a distinct style and a portfolio full of beautifully crafted, narrative-rich interiors, they’re now on the lookout for a Senior Designer to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented, driven designer who’s confident leading projects from concept through to completion and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Role:
As Senior Designer, you’ll be the creative lead on multiple projects, responsible for setting the design direction and ensuring its integrity through every stage — from concept feasibility through to final handover. You’ll work closely with the directors on initial ideas, then take ownership of the process, managing a team of designers and overseeing all deliverables.
You’ll be the go-to contact for clients, keeping them updated, inspired, and reassured throughout. Alongside delivering exceptional design, you’ll be motivating the team, sharing knowledge, and keeping communication flowing with both internal directors and external consultants.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading creative direction on concept, development, and delivery phases
Running brainstorming sessions and encouraging collaboration across the team
Producing and presenting concept decks with mood imagery, sketches, materials, and FF&E
Managing client feedback and translating it into clear design development actions
Overseeing detailed drawing packages, finishes schedules, and bespoke joinery detailing
Working closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery
Attending site meetings, snagging, and assisting with contract admin through to handover
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years’ experience in a high-end interior design studio, preferably with a focus on hospitality or lifestyle
Proven ability to take a project from concept to completion
A deep understanding of materiality, FF&E, lighting, and styling
Confident communicator, happy presenting to clients and leading internal teams
Strong knowledge of MEP integration within interior schemes
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign – SketchUp and Revit a bonus
Why You’ll Love It Here:
You’ll be joining a studio with an inspiring, collaborative culture and a reputation for exceptional, story-led design. Every project is bespoke, every concept rooted in narrative, and every team member given room to grow, contribute, and shine.
